Februar 2014, an den <strong>Ministerpr\u00e4sidenten Seehofer<\/strong> wird auf die in Bayern geltende, viel zu geringe Abstandsregelung eingegangen. War Bayerns Staatsregierung eingangs noch der Meinung, der <strong>Mindestabstand sollte 10xH\u00f6he<\/strong> der Anlage betragen, so hat man nun beschlossen, diesen auf <strong>800m<\/strong> zu verk\u00fcrzen. Laut Einsch\u00e4tzung des \u00c4rzteforums ist dies ein <strong>nicht verantwortbarer Schritt<\/strong> mit vielen Konsequenzen f\u00fcr die dann leidtragende Bev\u00f6lkerung. Im Brief des \u00c4rzteforums hei\u00dft es hierzu konkret:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>&#8220;Bereits jetzt ist aber ein Ergebnis sicher: dass erst 2000m Abstand zur Windkraft-Emissionsquelle eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere, aber nicht absolute Sicherheit vor emissionsbedingten Gesundheitssch\u00e4den bietet.&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In einer <a title=\"Unabh\u00e4ngiges \u00c4rzteforum Emissionsschutz Erneuerbare Energien - Gef\u00e4hrdung der Gesundheit durch Windkraftanlagen \" href=\"http:\/\/windkraft.clone-it.de\/wka666\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/\u00c4rzteforum_Gefaehrdung-der-Gesundheit-durch-Windkraftanlagen.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Ausarbeitung<\/a> vom <em>Unabh\u00e4ngigen \u00c4rzteforum Erneuerbare Energien \u2013 Bad Orb<\/em> zum Thema Gef\u00e4hrdung der Gesundheit durch Windkraftanlagen (WKA) wird, um auf der sicheren Seite zu bleiben, gefordert:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>\u201cIn die Ausschlussbedingungen f\u00fcr WKA ist der Mindestabstand zu bewohnten Geb\u00e4uden mit mindestens 3000m gem\u00e4\u00df Empfehlung international anerkannter Wissenschaftler aufzunehmen.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Da erscheinen die bei der Auswahl von Windvorranggebieten geltenden Abst\u00e4nde in Hessen als viel zu gering.
